Reclaiming the Cross

I wish I could start my own religion.

One where Jesus Christ is Lord, but not Creator. One where he hasn't been so used up. One where he has a new name. One where he is the Lion, and not the Lamb.

How I envy those who don't feel a need to be a Christian. It is such a heavy burden, to be torn between spirituality and tradition. To know what the Cross really means, but to know as well that it does not really exist in this world. Maybe the Muslims are right about that one - the crucifixion was a hologram.
